Udupi: Harish Naik, an auto driver of Udupi Rathbeedi Station, resident of Dodnagudde, died of heart attack on the night of March 11. He was 40 years old.
He participated in Gondolu Puja on Saturday, the last day of the Marathi community’s Holi festival. There he developed chest pain and was immediately admitted to Udupi Adarsh Hospital. However, hospital sources said that by then his life was lost.
The deceased is survived by his wife, one son and one daughter.
