Udupi: A 14-year-old boy, injured after being hit by an unidentified truck at Uchila in the District died on Thursday September 15. informed police.
The deceased has been identified as Samarth. His father Prabhakar Shankar, who was also involved in the accident died on the spot, informed police.
According to sources, Prabhakar and his son had come from Belagavi on Tuesday September 13 to enroll the boy in a local school. The mishap happened when they were near a temple on Wednesday September 14.
