Karkala: More than 18 school students were injured as a tour bus overturned after the driver lost control of it at Pajegudde state highway junction near Nallur in Karkala taluk on Monday morning. Among the injured, three teachers and two students are in serious condition.
The injured have been identified as students and teachers of Basaveshwara High School in Kottur taluk of Vijayanagar district. The injured have been admitted to hospital. More information is yet to be made available.
